The Coaching Process
Coaching formally begins with the initial intake meeting. This meeting requires approximately 2-3 hours and gives us time to explore deeply where you are in your career or life, what is most important to you, and where you want to go from here. During this meeting, the focus and goals for coaching are established.
To jumpstart the reflection process that is a key part of coaching, an introductory packet of materials is sent to you beforehand.
After the initial meeting, we will meet as regularly and as often as you need, at a mutually agreeable time and place. Meetings are typically once or twice per month and can vary in length from one to three hours. These meetings may be either by phone or in person. There is a great deal of flexibility in arranging the structure for coaching, so it can be designed to fit your needs.
Coaching can also include 360 Interviews and Feedback (with a written report) and Shadow Coaching Days.
Free Initial Consultation
Before officially beginning, we recommend calling for a free initial consultation. This consultation usually takes about 30 minutes and is an opportunity to answer any questions you may have and make sure the chemistry is right for working together.
